My diagnosis, based on the sound, was missing spark plug. But then I was like, there's no way a spark plug would've unthreaded itself and fallen out. Didn't expect it to have blown up! One thing to consider is that you might have to go with a different heat range spark plug when you go aftermarket supercharger.

hey, Burlacher please would you ask your repair shop to please check for piston slap against the cylinder walls on your raptor. here in South Africa, we have a few motors making similar noises, and ford south Africa changed out the complete motor even though it passed it 5 year warranty period, ( as long as it was serviced by ford) I personally know of two instances
