A message to Nick, I know this is a long shot but I noticed that your basement is unfinished. Im 23 years old I run my own construction company and I have my own employees. There is honestly nothing that would make me happier than finishing your basement for you. (by myself) I am more than willing to travel to Utah along with working for free (as long as you pay for material of course.) I know this property belongs to Nick, but if you could at least consider it, it would mean the world to me. I have roughly 15,000 photos in my phone, half of which are photos of past projects I completed by myself. Not looking for clout, I don't even want to be in a video, id just really like to show you my craft. There would be NOTHING basic about this basement, Id truly use a custom white glove approach in creating a unique basement that would be worth bragging over. Not to mention the fact that this project would increase home value, along with the most import factor to consider which is your wives happiness. Nobody wants to live in a house with unfinished rooms. Especially from a womens point of view its an embarrassing eye sore.ALSO I WILL WORK FOR FREE!!!!!!!

PSA If you have to transport a fridge/freezer/air-conditioner on its side, then you should leave it standing upright at its destination for 24 hours before plugging it in. Otherwise you will likely greatly shorten its life. (Google if you don't believe me.) Some nice person in a parking lot educated me when I bought a freezer.
